About the role
We are a premium interior solutions company looking for a dynamic, hands-on Content & Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. If you love interior design, are incredibly organized with social media, and feel right at home in front of a camera, this is the perfect role for you. You will work directly with our Senior Marketing Manager to execute our content strategy, manage our publishing calendar, and bring our projects to life online.
What you’ll do
- Project management: Act as the bridge between our internal marketing team and freelance video editors and designers. You will follow up, track progress, and ensure all assets are delivered on time.
- Content execution and publishing: Take ownership of our social media calendar. Make sure our weekly content gets scheduled and published across platforms.
- On camera: Serve as a video presenter when needed and record content. You will be representing the brand, filming site updates, vlogs, and talking-head videos.
- Creative ideation: Bring fresh ideas to the table. Brainstorm new angles for “Breaking Down Interiors,” research trending social media formats, and help draft scripts or talking points.
- Reporting: Track the performance of our content. Create simple, actionable reports on what’s working, what’s not, and how our audience is responding.

- Someone highly organized who can juggle multiple freelancers, site visits, and publishing deadlines.
- Confident and charismatic in front of the camera.
- A good eye for aesthetics, framing, and what makes a video engaging on social media.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with the team and external partners.
- Ability to travel locally to different project sites in Hyderabad as needed.
