Orovell (formerly VM Modular) designs, manufactures and installs modular kitchens in Hyderabad from its own factory in Balanagar. Since 2011 the same team has fitted kitchens in 750+ homes across the city, from 2 BHK apartments in Kukatpally to villas in Kokapet. Every carcass is BWP plywood, every shutter is bonded with D3 adhesive, every door and drawer closes on Hettich or Blum hardware, and every one of those choices is named on your estimate before a single panel is cut.

Layouts
L-shaped, U-shaped, straight, parallel and island.The layout follows the room and the way you cook. We measure the site, model it in 3D and refine the plan with you before anything is made.

Carcass
BWP plywood in every kitchen carcass.Boiling water proof, certified and stamped. Heat and moisture resistant, the right board for a Hyderabad kitchen.

Shutters
Laminates, acrylics, veneers and glass, chosen in our showroom.D3 grade adhesive on every shutter and 2mm edge banding on every exposed edge. Handleless or with handles, matt or gloss.

Hardware
Hettich and Blum soft-close on every door and drawer.Certified European hardware, lab rated to about 80,000 cycles. Corner units, pull-outs and tall-unit fittings from the same partners.

Countertops
Quartz and stone counters with a matching splashback.Planned with the sink, the hob and the chimney, so the working line is continuous and easy to clean.

Tall units, pantry pull-outs and built-in ovens.Ovens, microwaves and refrigerators sit in cabinetry sized to the appliance you choose, with the wiring points planned at the design stage.

Size and layout.A parallel kitchen with a tall-unit wall carries more cabinetry than a straight run of the same length.

Carcass and shutter material.The carcass is always BWP plywood; the shutter finish, from laminate to acrylic, veneer or glass, moves the estimate most.

Hardware grade.Soft-close hinges and drawer channels are standard; corner carousels, pull-out pantries and lift-up systems are additions you choose.

Which plywood belongs in a Hyderabad kitchen?
BWP, boiling water proof, certified and stamped. Orovell uses it in every kitchen carcass because Hyderabad kitchens see steam, spills and monsoon humidity, and a lesser board swells at the edges within a few seasons. The board is named on your estimate, and you can see it stamped at the Balanagar factory.
How long does a modular kitchen take?
Orovell delivers in 60 business days from design lock, written into your quote; the timeline moves with the scope of the project. As a guide, design takes two to four weeks, the factory around thirty days and installation about two weeks. Site work such as tiling or plumbing shifts runs before the units arrive and is planned with you.
Can you fit a modular kitchen in a builder apartment?
Yes. Most of Orovell's kitchens go into apartments across Hyderabad, from 2 BHK homes in Kukatpally and Miyapur to larger flats in Kokapet and Nanakramguda. We work around the builder's water and gas points, the window and the chimney duct, and we measure before design so the units fit the room as built.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Your floor plan or the builder's drawing, a few photographs of the kitchen as it stands, and a note of how you cook: the appliances you own, whether you need a tall unit, how many people use the kitchen at once. Orovell's senior designer does the rest. The consultation is free, at the Balanagar showroom or your site.
Is there a warranty on the kitchen?
Yes. Orovell gives a 10-year warranty on the modular furniture manufactured at its factory, with the terms shared alongside your quote. After handover you deal with the same team that built the kitchen, on the same phone number, not with a ticket queue.
Can I see the kitchens being made?
Yes. Factory, showroom and offices sit under one roof at the Orovell Showroom, Balanagar, open every day from 10 am to 6:30 pm. You can handle the boards, hinges and finishes on your estimate, and watch panels being cut and edge-banded for homes in progress.
