Orovell (formerly VM Modular) designs, manufactures and installs premium home interiors in Hyderabad from its own factory in Balanagar. Since 2011 the same team has completed 750+ homes across the city: modular kitchens, wardrobes, living room and TV units, full-home interiors, home automation and home theatres. Every panel is cut on our machines, every material is named on your estimate, and the people who design your home are the people who install it.

Because it is the only way to keep the promises others break.We do not outsource. We own the machines, the process and the result, and from the first cut to the final finish your home is in our hands.
Fifteen years of making in Balanagar.Every panel is cut on our machines, by our people, under one roof, and you are welcome to walk the factory floor and watch your own panels being cut.
Every material, named.BWP plywood, D3 adhesive, 2mm edges, Hettich and Blum hardware, named on your estimate before a single panel is cut. What you approve in writing is what the factory builds, and the handover is just the beginning.

The questions people ask us.
Do you do 2 BHK apartments?
Yes. Orovell works on 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments across Hyderabad as well as villas and larger homes. The process is the same at every size: a free consultation, a line-by-line estimate, a 3D design you approve in writing, and factory-made units installed by our own team. Bring your floor plan or the builder's drawing to the first meeting.
Do you work outside Hyderabad?
Orovell is a Hyderabad company and most of our work is in and around the city, from Kokapet and Gachibowli to Kompally, Uppal and LB Nagar. We have delivered homes beyond the city where the site made sense, because factory-made units travel well. Ask us at the first meeting and we will tell you plainly whether we can serve your site.
Villa or apartment: what changes?
The units are made the same way in either case. In a Hyderabad apartment we work around the builder's kitchen and bathroom points, the ceiling height and lift access for the panels. In a villa there is more scope for a walk-in wardrobe, a home theatre or a full-height pantry, and the site survey takes longer. The design stage settles all of this before the factory starts.
How long does a full home take?
Orovell delivers in 60 business days from design lock, written into your quote; the timeline moves with the scope of the project. Design usually takes two to four weeks, the factory around thirty days and installation about two weeks, but a full home depends on the scope: false ceiling, painting and site work run before the modular units arrive. Your quote carries the dates.
Do you give a written warranty?
Yes. Orovell gives a 10-year warranty on the modular furniture manufactured at our factory, and the terms are shared with your quote. Service after handover comes from the same team that built the home, on the same phone number, not from a ticket queue.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, and we recommend it. Factory, showroom and offices sit under one roof at the Orovell Showroom, Balanagar, open every day from 10 am to 6:30 pm. You can see the boards, the edge banding, the hardware and the finishes, and watch panels being cut for homes in progress.
Which areas of Hyderabad do you serve?
All of it. Our published projects run from Kokapet, Nanakramguda and Kondapur to Kukatpally, Kompally, Miyapur, LB Nagar and Vanasthalipuram, and the full list of localities is in the footer of this page. Consultations happen at the Balanagar showroom or at your site.
