Mirror and glass shutters, bronze or clear.A full-length mirror on a shutter, or lacquered and bronze glass fronts as at W by DSR. Glass is toughened and framed.

Every one of these is its own line on the estimate at step one, so you can add or remove before anything is made.

Size
Size and type.A wardrobe is estimated by its width, height and depth; a walk-in with an island carries more than a two-door hinged unit.

Material
Carcass and shutter material.The carcass board is standard; laminate, acrylic, veneer, mirror or glass shutters move the estimate most.

Hardware
Hardware grade.Soft-close hinges are standard. Sliding systems, lift-up loft doors and soft-close drawer channels are additions.

Internals
Internals and accessories.Pull-out trouser racks, tie and belt trays, jewellery drawers and lights inside the wardrobe: each is its own line.

Site
Site condition.A ceiling that is not level, a window in the wardrobe wall or an AC unit above it changes the loft and the cutting list.

Sliding or hinged: which suits a Hyderabad bedroom?
Hinged doors give you the full width of the wardrobe open at once and are simpler in hardware; they need clear floor space to swing. Sliding doors suit a bedroom where the bed sits close to the wardrobe wall, which is common in Hyderabad apartments. Orovell's designer measures the room and recommends one, and the estimate shows both if you want to compare.
Do you build wardrobes to the ceiling?
Yes. Orovell builds the loft as part of the wardrobe, in the same finish and with the same hardware, so the unit reaches the ceiling with no dust gap. Where the ceiling is not level, and in many Hyderabad apartments it is not, the site survey records it and the factory cuts to it.
How long does a wardrobe take?
Orovell delivers in 60 business days from design lock, written into your quote; the timeline moves with the scope of the project. Design usually takes two to four weeks, the factory around thirty days and installation about two weeks for a home's wardrobes. Villas with walk-in wardrobes take longer at the design stage, not on site.
Can you fit a walk-in wardrobe in an apartment?
Often, yes. A walk-in needs a dressing area or an alcove, and many 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments in Hyderabad have one beside the master bedroom. Orovell plans the internals, the lighting and the mirrors together, and where the space is short, a sliding wardrobe does the same job in less depth.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
A floor plan or the builder's drawing, photographs of the bedrooms, and an honest count of what you store: hanging clothes, folded clothes, shoes, luggage, bedding. Orovell's designer plans the internals from that list. The consultation is free, at the Balanagar showroom or at your site.
Is there a warranty on the wardrobes?
Yes. Orovell gives a 10-year warranty on the modular furniture manufactured at its factory; the terms come with your quote. Wardrobes made under the VM Modular name carry the same cover, from the same team, on the same phone number.
